The findings of the scan performed on 27/10/2023 showed hypodense encephalomalacia is seen on the right lateral ventricle. Here we want to explain that encephalomalacia is the softening or loss of brain tissue. It can be caused by impairment of the blood supply, such, as after a stroke, cerebral ischemia, or infection. Other causes include trauma, neoplasm, inflammation, and other insults to the brain. Encephalomalacia can be focal or diffuse, and can occur anywhere in the brain. So in the above case of Mr. Javed Khan it is cleared that he met a sevior head injury (trauma). Due to which some issues regarding the brain will be left untreated.
